The curious thing about S. s. is that it only seems to exist as a frozen food; I know of no one who makes it from scratch. (Does anyone out there?) This makes it a popular item at the school cafeteria.
A3) Kathy Lee Gifford is, in fact, a real celebrity. She is the co-host of Live With Regis and Kathy Lee, a morning talk show, and she's also a spokesperson for Carnival Cruises. She is loathed by many for shamelessly doting on her son Cody on national television, and for just being an all-around goody-goody. In "Weight Gain 4000" when Chef says, "It's at least three times bigger than Frank Gifford's anyway" he is referring to her husband, Frank Gifford, co-host of Monday Night Football until the end of last season. In the flashback to when she was a little girl she was called by her maiden name, Epstein.

Kathie Lee does nothing really. Just hosts a talk show, talks about her wonderful husband and precious children, and what a Christian she is. I hate her and was really happy when Frank cheated. So as far as real celebrity.. I guess, but she does very little

Salisbury steak is beef (a little nicer than plain ground beef but not as good as a real steak) cooked and served in a gravy sauce.
Kathy-lee is a real (and quite irritating) goody-two-shoes celebrity here in the US. She hosts a talk show (with Regis Philbin) called "Live with Regis and Kathy Lee"

Less than high quality ground beef pressed into a thin patty and drowned in gravy to cover up the fact that it is less than high quality beef. Less texture than hamburger. Flavor comes from the gravy. Popular in schools because it is easy to prepare in large quantities.

Unfortunately Cathy Lee is a celebrity in North America for her terrible morning talk show where she spends 90% of the show talking about how wonderful her children are. She is a celebrity in the 3rd world because of her line of clothing produced in sweatshops which pay slave wages if at all (allegedly).
