Is Global censoring South Park

I live in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. I watch South Park on Global Television Network (no cable needed sweet) However for the last Global has been running nothing but reruns meanwhile Comedy Central in the United States has been running new episodes. The last new Episode I Saw was Ike's wee wee. Is Global censoring "conjoined fetus lady" and all new episodes after that. Or is Comedy Central Withholding these episodes. If somebody has all these episodes on tape I'm willing to pay for a copy. Name your price, I'll pay for the shipping. One thing I've heard is that the Comedy Network (a cable channell) will be airing South Park every day beginning sometime in August. I heard they are waiting 'till September to show the new episodes.The Thursday 10:30 SP slot has been very successful and they want to keep the new shows for the important rating period.
