As for names, Philip can be spelt with one L and Miss Crabtree could be Ms (If she were a widow) so GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!

Particularly when my Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary lists *both* "cancelled" and "canceled" as correct and acceptable spellings.
