In the Pink Eye episode when Chef goes to the mayor for help, and Barbrady is in his underwear and the mayor is counting money.
Does this refer to a movie like so many other references do? If so, which movie is it refering to? I thought it was funny even not knowing the reference if there is one, but I was just kinda curious. That is something I really enjoy about the show. They throw in all these little things that comes from another show or movie for us to catch. Is this one of those cases?
