No kidding, I can think of several off of the top of my head. As long as they stay funny, I don't care how long they run this gag for. What keeps the joke even funnier is how Kenny not only comes back in the next episode, but he sometimes comes back in the samn episode. I find this hilarious.

Perhaps, but I'd feel better about it if the line didn't always use "They" even when less than two people were at fault. The constant repeated verbatim use of "THEY killed Kenny" transforms the death of Kenny from an innovative tradition into a tiresome catch phrase. And catch phrases ALWAYS become tiresome eventually.

In the future, I hope they're not afraid to change "they" to "she", "he", or "it" as necessary.

I have a feeling that this is going to last throughout the duration of the series. Mainly because it's an element of the show that defines it from any other show on TV. It's similar to the couch gag at the beginning of every episode of the Simpsons.
