i don't know if this is a clue or what

when we first see the Denver Broncos appear, they are just refered as the AFC Broncos...the last time they were Just AFC champs was 88. Second when they were in Mafesdo's Lab, Mafesdo calls them the 89 Broncos. Finally when everyone's name is being listed as a possible suspect, they are refered to as the 91 broncos. Just a typo, or is this a clue? maybe has something to do with the big numbers on the doors of the people? bu2
