Other thing that i found recently and thought pretty funny is that "okama" means gay in japanese (the "okama game sphere" from the Towelie episode).

I think he means, does it jibe with any of the show's plots. I don't think it ties in with any previous episodes directly, except that Terrance and Phillip have a show and they fart a lot. And that Ike is adopted. But afterwrds, they spun off the two-parter4 on whether or not 'tards can go to Heaven, and where Saddam Hussein was Satan's lover.
Kenny died and went to Heaven in the film, but he's back for that one, and he doesn't die in it (he goes to Ensenada instead).
