No new plot twists in this one, pretty much just an epilogue.
"So, let me get all this straight. Kendra was a seperate personality who lived in your head all this time, she stole the body and made it look like she was the real Kenny, so you took the body back and it wasn't until the lightning hit you that you were both free from each other," Kyle gasped for breath, "and now she and Eve are living in SoHo together?" Kenny nodded and sipped his soda. "Pretty much." The boys were chilling out at Happy Burger, discussing the events of their latest adventure. Kenny had replaced his hood after resurrecting again, having decided that maybe it was for the better if his face just remained hidden. "How come you never told us about Kendra, Kenny?" Stan asked, taking a bite of his burger after he was done talking. Kenny shrugged. "I never thought she'd act up like that. We had our disagreements, probably more than was very healthy, but she never tried to take control of me." He thought for a moment. "Until recently." "She was actually kinda cool," Kyle commented, nibbling a handful of fries. "She was a bitch," Cartman growled. "She kicked me in the nuts three damn times." Kenny had the misfortune to be drinking his soda at that moment. After a few seconds of gasping, choked giggles, he said, "Cartman, that was me." "WHAT??" Kenny grinned under the hood. "I took control of the body a a few times at the dance and made her kick you in the nuts. I just wanted to embarrass her." "You son of a bitch!" Kenny held up his hands defensively, still grinning. "Sorry!" "I agree with Kyle, she was pretty cool," Stan said. "Yeah. Just a week or so ago, I wouldn't be able to believe that I was saying this, but I'll miss her," Kenny said. "We really only hated each other because we saw each other as competition." "Guess that explains why she was holding your hand when you died," Stan said, finishing his burger. Kenny nodded. "Yeah." Later, when everyone was done with their food (they had to wait for some time while Cartman finished eating his), they started to leave. A huge explosion sounded nearby. The boys rushed to a window and saw a building nearby in the process of exploding. A brick hurtled through the window and connected solidly with Kenny's head, sending him flying backwards into a wall. He sat there motionless, blood flowing from where the brick had hit him and pooling under him. He was dead. "Oh my God, they killed Kenny," Stan started. "You bastards!" Kyle finished. "Yeah, uh, sorry about that," a man said, poking his head in the shattered window. "Hey, cool, it's Meldrick from Homicide," Stan said. "Sorry about what, Meldrick?" Kyle asked. "Clark Johnson," the man corrected. "I just play Meldrick on Homicide, and sorry 'bout killing your friend." He pointed to Kenny. "Aw, he dies all the time," Stan said, then took a pen and a piece of paper from somewhere in his jacket. "Can I have an autograph?" Clark looked surprised, but humored Stan and signed. "There, now I gotta get back to work." He began to walk away. "Bye, Meldrick!" Kyle yelled after him. "Clark!!" The three boys stared at each other in silence for a long time. "Meldrick killed Kenny!" Stan said suddenly, and all three cracked up. Just another fucked up day in South Park... - end
I'd like to thank:
Anyone who ever said that Kenny might be a girl, for giving me this idea.
My IRC buddies evegrrrl and MistaCat, evegrrrl for suggesting that Cartman should fall in love with Kendra and helping me figure out how to split Kenny and Kendra (oh, and she's Eve, BTW); MistaCat for a lot of general plot help (including the suggestion that Kendra wasn't the real Kenny, and that Kendra should run off to SoHo with Eve).
Everyone who gave me feedback. (*You* know who you are, ppl! Thanks!)
And, obviously, Trey and Matt for creating such a great show, without which this fanfic would not exist.
Thank you all, and goodnight. <exits stage right>
