His head shrunk while on drugs, but I still don't get why it always looksas big as a weather balloon, please explain

his head is blown up like that because his tie is to tight when he finally lossend his tie in nepal his head shrunk to normal

His tie's too tight around his neck. In the bed scene, when he pulled it off, his head shrunk - then when he put the tie back on (rather, the rehabilitationalist tied it tight) his head swelled up again.

his head didn't shrink while on drugs, he took his TIE off... his head then reverted to "normal" size...when he put the tie back on, it got big again.

I don't see how they could say ike is canadian? I thought all babies were born like that. In the Starvin Marvin eppy when marvin gets off the plane and sees his family, there is a ethiopian holding a baby with ike's fighure only black. Is that baby canadian too? I think not. Ok, enuf rambling
