Codec files to audio CD?

All the sound files on www.beef-cake.com are in codec format, which my system can read by my CD burning software (Sony HotBurn 1.2) can't. Does anyone know of a utility that will convert a codec file to a regular WAV file? Any other solutions?

A codec is a program which converts file formats...The files are stored in MPEG Layer 3 format, but as Wave files. Just use Windows Sound Recorder (SNDREC32) to convert them to PCM
