Who's smarter-Barbrady or Wiggum?

Just curious as to how readers of this NG would vote on the above question.

I vote for Chief Wiggum. He's a corrupt cop who looks out for his best interest. Bradbary is just an idiot.

Wiggum. Definatly Wiggum. Wiggum is an example of the people we rely on to stop all the greed, self-centered losers, but are just as greedy and self-centered themselves . Barbrady is a complete moron (though we have a couple of those too..)

Wiggum went to college and Barbrady could not even read! Wiggum is WAY smarter than Barbrady will ever be.

Barbrady is stupid and ineffectual. Wiggum is also dishonest. Since Wiggum hasn't gotten caught yet I'd guess his type of dishonesty makes him smart. Otherwise I'd say he's dumb-er 'cause crooks as a rule are dumb.

I vote Barbrady. It's not because I think he's more intelligent; lord knows Cartman's got more brains than him. I just think if placed in a situation that required actual cleverness, Barbrady would stumble his way through without even knowing it, whereas Wiggum would be clueless(we all remember the Mr. Burns fiasco). Besides, Barbrady isn't consistently stupid; at the beginning of the Chickenfu--lover conference he was actually answering questions that would have required research.
