Tweek V Craig question - the "Richard" flashback lady

Who played the lady that Mr Adler was having the "Richard" flashbacks about? Her face looks familiar but not from SP.

That was Pam Brady, she works on the show and she's also the girl advertisting the Uso Show holding the sparklers in Bigger,Longer, & Uncut.

That would be Pam Brady, producer and writer for the show. She also co-wrote South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
