BIGGER LONGER, AND UNCUT...

Was funny, and well written... the songs were witty and had backing from a large orchestra, this was a nice change from the shows usual tinny sounding music.

special effects were good, better than most people had expected i would think, it was nice to see that SOMETHING was done to at least slightly live up to its original teaser that had been playing for so long...

canada bashing was at times a little too strong, perhaps if you went into the movie with a POSITIVE view of canada, you would understnd this last point.

they DID ask me for ID, which surprised me, as it isnt a law here in canada to ask for proof, and that was suprising.

terrance and phillip are ok, but i think that thier humor wouldn't be accepted anywhere.

after the first few minutes it seemed that most of the people in the theatre (mostly aged 20-34) got used to the swearing, and it wasnt as funny as when you first heard it and it shocked you.

overall a good movie, not gonna win any awards (other than best picture from the MTV movie awards), but still well worth the $9.00

9 bucks? Damn! Movie ticket prices are getting outrageous! Remember when they used to be 5 bucks in the evening? Now it's $6.75 here. Then, if ya want anything at the snack bar ya gotta mortgage your house. And while I'm thinking about it, will all the people who always get in line in front of me at the snack bar please stop buying your dinner there!!! Get a drink and popcorn and move on! The service is always so slow and the guy in front of me always gets popcorn, hotdogs, pickles, 5 sodas, and then some candy. It's a freakin SNACK bar, not a restaurant! Get a snack. Hence the word SNACK bar. Sorry for rambling on, but I hate people who do this when all I want is a medium soda.

Yeah, I know what ya mean. I'm almost broke, because I had to pay for both me and my mom to get in, and I had nachos and a smoothie, and my mom had a smoothie too. It was $5.00 to get in, because it was a matinee. If it was later, it would've cost much...MUCH more. And, I don't even wanna talk about the prices of the food in the concession stand...seriously, it's cheaper in New York City theaters than it is in my stupid little hick town!

OK, folks - that's $9 CANADIAN. Down there in the US that's about, oh, I dunno, $2.50 - it aint that bad.

And by the way. The original posting. Dude lighten up!!! It was hillarious. The Canadian bashing was awesome and besides, before Kenny made his wish - we were really kicking some ass!!! Ha ha ha ha

Another 'Nadian here. Did you really think the Canadians that were being bashed the most? After all, it was the Americans who were portrayed as the fascists, racists, and aggressors in the war.

Anyways, I wonder if Matt, Trey, et al deliberately timed its release date with (the night before) Canada Day (Canada's national day of confederation), or if it was just coincidence.

I AGREE.. ANYONE, I live in the U.S. by the way, who thought the Candians were the BAD guys.. weren't paying attention.. they were NOT bad.. the U.S. was the atrocious, borderline communist facists they really are. See omvies like The Matrix and the Columbine aftermath to see the point.

They went NUTS! anyway... I was ROOTING for the Canadians to kick some ass..
