Do Trey And Matt Accept Scripts?

Does anyone know if Comedy Central accepts outside scripts for South Park? Also, is it CC's decision on which scripts will be used, or is it completely up to Trey and Matt? Thanks.

If you send them a script, it will be THROWN AWAY WITHOUT BEING READ. This is for YOUR protection of YOUR ideas. If you really want to send them a script, my advice is to get an agent.

I doubt it, because they have their own writers and it's usually policy for TV shows in general to not accept outside scripts.
