Is the woman in the Oreo cereal commercial the Mayor?

i don't know about the Oreo commercial (is it animated?) but I've heard the same voice in a pest control commercial with her doing the voice of the queen bee or something like that.

I don't know, because I haven't seen it. I just wanted to say that the Oreo cereal is the best thing on the face of the earth... I could eat a box in one sitting if I wanted to.
