Which episode did they say shit 100 or so times? And how come they said shit so many times in that ep, but hardly ever (if ever) said it again? I think they even started bleeping it after that, but not sure. Why was it ok then and not now?

It was a shock episode where they did it just because they could.
The reason you never hear it again is probably explained in the show itself. Kyle says, "When you do something over and over it stops being funny." The 162 times in that episode were plenty enough.... plus I doubt Comedy Central has the guts to let them replay it again.

It was always "ok" by law -- or rather lack of law. Most networks voluntarily bleep, especially the ones that have advertisers. As for why SP hasn't had the words unbleeped since...did you ever manage to watch the episode? If not, we were told that excessive profanity can lead to doom...doom! DOOM! (no, they didn't use those words)
