Icons

Does anyone know where to get the South Park icons zipped up at? The place i used to get them at is just one .ICL file. I know this is for microangelo but i am using a friends computer for the net and I would like to be able to just get a zip to of them to use on mine instead of having to download a program and somehow transfer it to my computer. Any help would be appreciated!
