Mr. Garrison is the father-strong evidence!

Most people are just speculating who cartman's father will be and we might never really know but i believe that the show's creators gave us a hint in the beginning of the episode to show that mr. garrison is cartman's father. The hint was cartman's tea party where he did all they voices for his stuffed animal friends and believed they had their own personality just like mr. garrison does with mr. hat. Other than that, there is no other evidence about mr.garrison being cartman's dad but it is the strongest case yet compared to speculation that cartman's dad is chef, the weird scientist, etc. Cwick

Notive how Mr. Garrison kept on saying "you go to hell and you die" when he was accused of being gay at the end of the last episode. That's Mr. Hat's line, and I would venture to guess that Mr. Hat is a heterosexual while Mr. Garrison is a homosexual. Thus, Mr. Hat would be Cartman's Dad-after all from what we saw it appeared he got closer to Cartman's Mom than anyone.
