Aren't they supposed to bleep that word? Yet my video tape clearly has Mr Mackey saying "I don't have to take your right wing authoritative bullshit"!!!

Actually, yes. It is one of the FCC's "seven deadly words" that you can't say on TV or the radio...(the others are fuck, tit, piss, cunt, cocksucker, & motherfucker).

I see we have a George Carlin fan in the house... :)

Andrew O. Smith - | "There was no such thing as the Sysadmin, Insync Internet Services | Internet five years ago." Houston, Texas, USA | --Neil Herman, Smith Barney

And 'tits' doesn't even belong on the list, y'know! It's just a friendly sounding name...Sounds like a nickname....

Oy vey! Don't get me started!

But then, there are some two-way words... for example, it's okay for Curt Gowdy to say "Roberto Clemente has two balls on him." But he can't say "I think he hurt his balls on that play Tony... he's holding them, he must've hurt them, by God!!!"

And the other two-way word is "prick." It's okay if it happens to your finger. Yes, you can prick your finger, but don't finger your prick, no no!!!"

Greetings from a fellow George Carlin fan.

I was watching this Steelers vs Chiefs game on ABC on November of last year and I heard on of the announcers say something close to,"A nice job of ball handling...He sucked Lloyd in all the way" I remember this beacause it struck me as being funny enough that I wrote it down.

Anyway, I recall Tom Rhodes saying the S word on his Comedy Central Vietnam special from a few years back and I've also heard them say "shit", of all places, on PBS at least twice.

finger.

Um, call me crazy, but isn't it impossible by definition to finger your prick?

I remember that Comedy Central special. I've taped it. But you can find it on video by Rhino. I liked how Rhodes commented how he always wanted to say it too.

As earlier in this post, I found the fuck=kill substitution scheme very interesting. Mined me to alliterate...

Kyle Brovolski: "Oh my God, they've fucked Kenny! You bastard!!"

How's that for a little child molestation.

Kenny would enjoy it no doubt! Hmmm, you know, maybe the producers decided to employ the fuck=kill translation for a plot last night, Chicken fucker *IS* alot funnier than chicken killer.

Hmm, I might be wrong (probably am knowing me) but I seem to remeber Cartman saying "piss me off" or "pisses me off" in the past.

Oh by the way FCC pisses me off, just thought I'd share that.
