Oh I've seen this pic before. I have a copy of it. If you look closely you can see that somebody just took a head and placed it on top of Kenny's body. It makes me think of what TV Guide did several years ago, for they on the front cover put Oprah's head on top of Ann-Margaret's body (of course they altered the skin color too) Someone then took both images of "Kenny" and Mr. Garrison and put them in front of a background with the class.
