While that is the last Christmas of the 20th Century, this one IS the last Christmas of the 1900s. As they said on McLaughlin last week, as long as the champagne flows I'll party, and if there is a party somewhere, I'll go to it!

Thank you for your suggestion, I daresay I shall, but it is still a year away. I'm currently enjoying the penultimate Christmas of the 20th century.

It's not the f*#@ing millenium, okay? The years were numbered retrospectively, so there was no year zero, so either the first millenium began at the beginning of 1BC, or it began at the beginning of 1AD, the second began at the beginning of 1001AD and the third will begin at the

YAY!!!!! Thats what I thought I knew the next Millennium doesnt begin til Jan 1 2001 but my friends think it begins in a few days. What morons. Thanks for waking me up "The Phil Jupitus Depreciation Society" <obviously made up [email]> wrote in message news:841g6p$5tp$[email]...

Yes, the new millenium doesn't start until 2001. But can we all stop feeling so high and mighty for knowing it? WHo cares?? Just enjoy the biggest party date in history and forget it. Then remember it next year about this time so you have ANOTHER excuse to party.

Jeff

Yeah, technically, the new millennium begins in 2001, and anyone who thinks it starts in 6 days is a moron, but while your partying hard on Dec. 31st 1999 at 11:59PM, who cares about the bloody millenium? Its the 3 zeros that we really care about.

I can bet that the party turnout in sydney for next year's new years eve will be ALOT less than the turnout for this years one :-)

When its 31st december 1999, the biggest party day in history, We'll only care about two things... the big round number (2000) and of course, THE PARTIES! :-)

Actually, you stupid piece of <BLEEP>, it's still the <BLEEP>ing twentieth century! If you weren't such a <BLEEP>ing pussy, you'd be able to see that the twenty-first century doesn't <BLEEP>ing start until the year 2001, you god damn piece of <BLEEP>!

William Lynch, the biggest mother <BLEEP>er on the planet, <BLEEP>ed up and wrote the following piece of <BLEEP>:

Yea, and the <BLEEP>ing Pope wears that god damn hat, that's the only <BLEEP>ing reason people listen to that god damn asshole! If I had a <BLEEP>ing hat like that, I bet people would <BLEEP>ing listen to me, too, god damn it!

Wait a minute. are we referring to the papal beanie sans propeller, or the huge fence post hole digger model? (If you've ever seen a fence post hole digger, you'll notice the resemblance is uncanny. Can you see it? PJPII, upside down, working his little pope legs back and forth, getting the hole the right depth...)

By the way, don't get so <beep>ing hyped about it. Yes, we all know the new millennium doesn't start till 2001, but who gives a crap about the millennium? Nobody does, its the big round number 2-0-0-0 that everyone cares about.

You won't see as many party goers celebrating New Years Eve of the millenium next year as you will the huge turnouts expected for the night leading into the year 2000. And i'm sure next year before the millennium, you wont see as many posts from people willing to celebrate.

You know what Mr Garrison Meant, so don't freaking whinge about it so much. And it was a nice gesture of him to post something Christmasy, i didn't see you doing that. Even the god damned boinger has more xmas spirit in him than you.

Lets just call it the last christmas of the 1900's, now nobody can complain.

Yes, I know what he meant. But, that doesn't excuse his behavior of running around and harrassing the Japanese and the Hindus, teasing them about Christmas!

Just to make The Model Poster happy, here is the multi religion SHORTER version of 'Merry Fucking Christmas', With Mr (Garrison/Garleski/Garhdulsun) singing on behalf of the (Christian/Jewish/Muslim) religion:

------------------------------ I heard there is no (Christmas/Hanukah/Ramudam) in the silly (Middle east/Christian countres/Israel) No (trees/candles/mosques) no (snow/Dreidels/Desert) no (Santa Claus/Moses/Muhammad) they have different religious beliefs. They believe in (Muhammud/Jesus/Moses) and not in our holiday. And so every december i go to (the middle east/The Christian Countries/Israel) and say

Hey There Mr (Muslim/Christian/Hebrew), Merry Fucking (Christmas/Hanukkah/Ramudam) (God/Moses/Muhammud) is gonna kick your ass you infidelic pagan scum! Incase you haven't noticed there's Festive things to do So let's all rejoice for (Jesus/Moses/Muhammud) and Merry Fucking (Christmas/Hanukkah/Ramudam) to you!

On (Christmas Day, Hanukah's 1st day, Ramudam day) i travel 'round the world and say

Taoists, Korishnas, Buddhists and all you Aethiests too!

MERRY FUCKING (CHRISTMAS / HANUKAH / RAMUDAM) TO YOU!!!!

Clap Clap Clap

Thank you (Mr Hat / Mr Rabbi-cap / Mr Turban)
------------------------------
HAPPY NOW!!! :-)
