Episode 114...
Plot: Just as he's about to announce who Eric Cartman's dead is, Mephisto gets shot. Chef and the kids take the mad scientist to the hospital, while the rest of the town entertains the crew of "America's Most Wanted" who reenact the shooting.
Well...this was fun. I mean, it wasn't that great, but it didn't reek as bad as "Starvin' Marvin." Lotsa cheap shots, and the most bizzare revealtion in the show's history.

What Was Cool:
Kenny phasing in. All this time, I thought the little bastard had a healing factor.
"Oh my God, they killed Mephisto!" Hee. Even I understood that.
The fact that Cartman can also be so neurotic as well as obnoxious.
How far the people of South Park can go when they haven't eaten in a few hours. And another B-list celeb gets crapped on. ;-)
The ending. OK...so it's a little far-fetched. But seeing how this is South Park, Cartman's mom being...what she is (I can't spoil that)...seems almost natural. And Mephisto's assilant being revealed off-handedly works for me.
What Sucked:
Kenny's death. I think the only time you're supposed to foreshadow his death is when he's not going to die at all.
Cartman's mother wanting an abortion. Not only is she a dirty slut, she's a stupid slut as well.
The narration. "WHO IS CARTMAN'S FATHER?" "WHO SHOT MEPHISTO?" "WHO WILL BE CAST FIRST?" Ugh.
Stan sickness in hospitals is only used to advance a joke. Damn.
