How many TV shows had South Park parodies or references? The only ones I can think of is "Mad-TV" (FOX), "Arthur" (PBS) and "The Powerpuff Girls" (Cartoon Network).

I saw a picture from the powerpuff one. One of them was in a pile of coats and came out dressed like Cartman.
