Probably the Ramses, if they did it. O.J. and Condit have definately suffered consquences, if not been punished outright, which I'd call the tie-breaker.

I hope I'm reading this question wrong, because it's not like the episode some how gave investigaters some kind of evidence. It's just something the public has taken as fact, whether the evidence can show it or not.
