The closest thing to a clue I can figure out is in the TV ads for tonight's episode: "a moment of infidelity." To whom is Cartman's mom being infidèle by engaging in sexual activity? The answer would have to be that she really is married, and therefore Mr. Cartman could be one of the possible fathers, even though we don't see them committing the act during the flashback.

Other than that I don't believe the answer is anything to be deciphered from the information given on the show. No, I don't.
