Mr. Hat is Cartman's father

It looked like Mr. Hat was the one who got closest to Eric's Mom in the last episode. I saw this movie called Meet the Feebles where puppets had sex and there was crossbreeding between different species. Mr. Hat is the closest thing to a father figure than anyone else on the show, and I have a feeling he was the one who impregnated Mrs. Cartman. Or is it Ms. cartman? Who is Mr. cartman? damn not another mystery.

Because Garrison is gay, he had to put Mr Hat inside Cartman's mom.

I agree! Mr. hat was probably getting sick of pleasing Mr. Garrison and is probably pissed about mr. garrison not keeping the nosejob.
