the worst episode of southpark

Recently I've watched one more time all the sixty episoded of southpark. There are some episodes I really like, for example 106-Death, 108-Damien, 203-Chickenlover, 311 - Starvin' Marvin in Space, 313- Hooked on Monkey Phonics and last two aired ones (411&411). My favourite is 301-Rainforest Schmainforest.

But, there are also some really weak episodes - for me the worst episode is 307: Cat Orgy. Just to refresh your memory: it's one of three episodes (Cat Orgy, Two Guys sitting in a Hot Tub, Jewbilee) where boys are separated. This one is about Cartman being babysited by Shelly. It's not funny, it's really boring and it is focused on one of lamest characters in the show - Shelly. I wish they got rid of her.

What are your least liked episodes?

Oh my god, I thought Cat Orgy was hilarious. Those cats weren't funny to you? Try watching all the Meteor Shower epsiodes in a row. That works the best for me.

I personally found the flag episode and Jakovasaurs to be pretty weak.

Jakovosaurs - yes it wasn't very good but which flag episode do you mean? Chef goes nanners from season 4? I think it's good episode.

Yes, Chef Goes Nanners. That's the one. I thought it was too preachy and not funny enough. Too much "trying to make a political point" and not enough cats fucking. ;)

I'd definitely say Jakovasaurs and to a degree, Mecha Streisand, but that one is slowly growing on me.

Same here. I though Cat Orgy was pretty funny. Jakovasaurus sucked. I did not like Chef Goes Nanners all that much, either.

I consider Jakovasaurs to be the worst episode of South Park. It was annoying, mostly un-funny, and gave me a headache.

If you consider "Not Without My Anus" to be SP-canon, then that would take my vote, hands down. That was awful, just awful. Personally, I'm in therapy to forget I even heard of that episode.

Next to NWMY would definitely be "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery". That turd was lame from the first scene, when we discover that our favorite little redneck podunk mountain town also had... DOCKS. I know it's only a cartoon, but jeez...

Does Not Without My Anus Count? Aside from any anti-April Fool's sentiments, I really didn't think it was a funny show. T & P are okay in moderation, but a half hour of that stuff - even with the Saddam and Celine material - is too much.

Not Without My Anus gets my vote for worst episode. I agree, T&P are okay in moderation, but listening to their voices for 22 minutes is enough to make you wanna blow your brains out.

i thought "not without my anus" was hilarious... mostly the parts with scott, by far the most under-utilized south park character. so many great lines in that episode

i mean yeah it was obviously written in about 15 minutes, but it was still funny.

Those weird scens with the shop teacher's ex crashing her plane were funny to me because they were so over the top melo-trage-drama.

And yes, Not Without My Anus is a classic, but rather unfunny after a few minutes.

I thought the April Fools Joke was hilarious. I can't believe so many people were pissed off about it. I do agree with a few other posters, though, that Terrance and Phillip are better in moderation.

Jackovasaurs gets my vote for most annoying, and there are a few I found kind of boring, such as Mecha Streisand and Tweek vs. Craig. (Would love to see a Tweek/Timmy encounter, though)

BTW, my two favorites, hands down, would have to be Ike's Wee Wee and Timmy 2000.

I get the joke... and I appreciate it. But for chrissakes... if they're going to give us a half hour of T & P, at least put some more effort into the material. I wouldn't have disliked the episode if it was just FUNNY.

They should re-edit Tweek vs. Craig and put something other than Mr. Adler in there.

The parts with Pam Brady gave us a glimpse at the pain Adler was feeling over the death of his future wife. They were pure South Park gold. I admit, though, that the part where Adler's relatives are talking to him from inside Kenny's hood was just dumb.

Not without my anus is among the best episodes, if for no other reason than they pissed off at least half of the people who were watching it. And, Terrance and Philip rock....

But I do agree, Jakovasaurs.... and Starvin' Marvin in Space... were the worst two episodes.

I do admit, there were times when I think they could've done a better job with this. I guess for me, it was that Monkees song they had to play twice. Incidently, up to this point, there was a Simpsons episode that used the same song for one of their episodes involving Moe going out on a date. Wonder if Comedy Central would have to remove the song some years from now (as what is happening to Get A Life syndicated reruns on USA Network right now)?

The only bright part I enjoyed from that episode was the remark about the ColecoVision being in Kenny's house. That brought back memories.
