Does anyone have any idea what his name might be? His relationship with Kyle/Stan/Cartman?
Was he the guy who phoned up Garrison when Mr Hat first disappeared? Certainly sounded like him?
Is he based on the kid in 'Peanuts' who also looks all scruffy and has clouds of dust around him?
