Just e-mail your best "Drunk & Disorderly" photo to mailto:[email] . The photo can be of yourself, a friend, a co-worker, a pet or who ever. The person in the picture doesn't necessarily HAVE to be drunk, but the picture should capture the "essence" of someone in a Drunk & Disorderly state of mind. Just what that means is up to you to decide! Multiple submissions are ok.
