To Whom it may concern:
Those of you who are fed up with the annoying, defamatory, detestful, and now anti-semetic marks of Dieyuppie can take affirmative steps to cancelling his ability to access the internet, legally, now that his pitiful attempt for attention has reached "hate speech". As an attorney for an Intellectual Property law firm (yes, lawyers can enjoy Southpark too), I specialize in disputes over the protection of Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents, etc) over the internet, and am quite familiar with AOL's legal and moral obligations. I have already done my part in contacting AOL, and now the rest of you can do the same; the more people who do it, the faster the Problem person will loose his/her account. According to the recently decided (Nov. 12, 1997)Fourth Circuit case, "ZERAN v. AOL Inc." (for those who wish to look it up, it has not been federally reported, but is available on Lexis at 1997 U.S. App. LEXIS 3791), though the plaintiff in that case lost (partially because AOL claimed to have "lost" the applicable records) AOL would still, if it receives notice of unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or wrongful activity by one of its subscribers, terminate that account and provide the necessary information to the proper authorities. Well, AOL has been notified by myself, and certainly, I hope, by others on this newsgroup. Lets hope the rest of you who are personally offended and disgusted help out this cause and similarly complain. I will include a hyperlink below.
