Making something clear

I got an email today from someone (I won't say who) about my last fic (The Jesus King Of The Jews Messiah Blues) that kinda bothered me and I thought I should try to clear the air a bit.

"Actually Old Crue really kicked ass. They were the best back in the early 80's." To be honest, I agree. Motley Crue was one of best bands around back in the early 80s. Now, however, they suck royal donkey dick. It would appear that one can only rock for so long.

Here's what bothered me: "Your anti-Semetic jokes are hilarious by the way." This is probably a senseless statement to make but, I don't actually mean any of the things I write about Jewish people or any other race I may write about in a fanfic. I bear no ill will towards anyone. This is all said in fun. If I have offended anyone who happens to be Jewish, I apologize. But, on the other hand, South Park is all about taking chances and saying or doing something that is so outrageous that you're bound to offend some people. That's all I've tried to do. Chris, speaking as someone who is not only Jewish but can sniff out anti-Semitism a mile away, I enjoyed your fanfic tremendously. You have a great deal of talent. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. I'm glad to hear that I haven't offended at least _some_ Jewish readers. I was just trying to make it clear that I'm not a member of any hate groups or have any bias against Jewish people.

Sometimes I make gay jokes - I have gay friends. Sometimes I make racist jokes - I have nothing against people of any other race. Sometimes I make religious jokes - I never mean them.

Your fanfic was great. Don't take any crap from people who aren't worthy to even know you've written a fanfic (that's.....er.........everybody)....mmkay?
