Any bets on how Kenny will make his comeback in the second part of this series? Will he reappear out of thin air, or will the McCormicks quickly give birth to another one?

I think he'll be in Hell again, just like in the Movie (which this two parter is a sort of sequel to).

I always thought that the reason Kenny keeps coming back is because he's too perverted for Hell and Heaven doesn't want him, either, so he ends up in a living purgatory. :-)
