Do you encode the realplayer rips on your site or get them elsewhere?
If so what do you use to encode them?

I don't encode them, I get them from ppl who live in the US and get comedycentral. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be able to watch southpark at all. But as for software, you can ues "real producer" or "adobe premiere" with the correct plugin -MrTwig
