When I was watching the Toms Rhinoplasty episode, I thought the voice singing the background music during Wendy's barf montage was familiar. After checking, I found the song was done by Toddy Walters, who was the female lead in Cannibal.
Other lines you will recognize:
"This canyon is sooo beautiful!" (Changed to turkeys, lake, etc, in the Starvin Marvin episode)
"Are you looking at my eye?" (Changed to headgear in Elephant Makes Love to a Pig episode)
