No, it's the South Park mailing list brought on by Comedy Central. For some reason a yogurthead at Michigan State University has decided to post all of the mailing list messages to the newsgroup. Bah.
Thank your lucky stars they're all prefaced with SOUTH PARK:. That makes them easier to kill.
But there is a possibility that such a thread can mutate (since that's predicated on it being kept alive by the group, and not the list), and so killing on the Subject: header isn't as reliable as killing on
Sender: [email]
As usual, YMMV.

However, it's rather safe enough to just kill all capital instances of SOUTH PARK in the subject header (automatically prepended by Comedy Central's listserv, as I recall that was one strike against it) because then you'll kill not only the lame-ass list messages, as well as ANYBODY ELSE WHO DECIDES IT'S REALLY COOL TO POST IN ALL CAPS!
True, but most of the posts are so short that the very first screen tells you the poster won't see any (newsgroup) reply you post. So for the most part the only additions to such threads from newsgroup readers will be from people too inattentive to see or understand that. IMO the chances that anyone so careless would have any interesting to say are pretty low.
