Your headers say that you're using Mozilla to post, so it looks to me as though you're using Netscape's mail & news program v. 3...I used to use that...I use Agent now, since it's a lot less hassle. Anyway, you won't find it under "Encoding." While you're viewing a message, go to the "View" tab and select "Unscramble." It should be there...maybe under the "Edit" tab...v. 4 has it under "View" and says "Unscramble (ROT-13)" but I don't remember if v. 3 does. Anyway, it will probably turn most of this message to gobbledygook if you can find it, but if it works...
