Yes, I have noticed it, just like every other regular viewer.
Like the other responders have stated, it is nothing more than a simple catch phrase. Please don't disect it.

Actually this isn't true. In the Thanksgiving special Kyle says "Oh my god! They killed Kenny!" (speaking of the turkeys) and Stan says "You bastards!". In the Halloween episode it is actually Kyle who kills Kenny and he says "Oh my god! I killed Kenny!". He does not say "You bastard!" and also does not say that in another episode.
Also, I heard that Kenny wasn't killed in the christmas episode not as a christmas treat but because Kyle wasn't around (he was in the nut house) to scream "Oh my god! They killed Kenny!"
