It's fun to watch the relationship between Kyle and Stan. They have had conflicts, as in Prehistoric Ice Man and Follow That Egg (which was about Wendy).
But they often support each other a lot, as in Cartmanland and even Smug Alert.
Do you think they have different personalities? I think Kyle has a stronger hate of Cartman, which may have to do with Cartman's bigotry.
Stan is always the skeptic about things like John Edwards but so is Kyle.

Yeah they've got different personalities. Stan is based on Trey and Kyle is based on Matt. Just like in real life, they're good friends but they don't always agree on everything. Then Cartman is their projection of everything they don't like in other people, and Kenny is, well, Kenny.
