Smore Schnaps - With The Delightful Taste Of Smores...

"S'mores" are a campfire treat. Best enjoyed round a campfire when I was about 10 years old. You take two graham crackers, and a toasty, mushy marshmallow, one piece of a chocolate bar and make a sandwich. These have also been sold as a cookie treat, pre-packaged and ready to eat. But generally they all use the same three ingredients.

S'mores are a popular snack to eat while you are camping.

All you need is a graham cracker, a piece of hershey's chocolate bar and marshmallows. You break off a piece of chocolate and put it on the graham cracker. Then, you roast/toast a marshmallow over your campfire and when it's really good and toasted (hot!!) then you place it on top of the piece of chocolate. The heat from the marshmallow melts the chocolate onto the graham cracker. IT's quite good.

The name is perfect cause it's so tasty that you always want "some more"...aka s'mores.

Picture a rectangular piece of gingerbread, but not as fluffy, kind of flattened, about the size of your hand. I like to put peanut butter on them, or maybe some chocolate syrup. Graham crackers are crushed, mixed with butter and used for pie crusts for sweet pies, like chocolate and banana cream, or Boston Creme.
