Can someone explain to me why the Damien episode is Episode 108? I only started watching shortly before the start of this season, but it seems like the Damien episode came after the Mr. Hankey episode.

The episodes are listed in the order in which they were made. They don't necessarily air in that order. For instance, Ike's Wee-Wee was episode was 204, but it aired before Chickenlover, 203.
Comedy Central doesn't air them in the exact order of the episode numbers. Back in August of last year, Episode #103, Volcano, was shown before Episode #102, Weight Gain 4000. Damien, Episode #108, was shown after Episode #109, Starvin' Marvin, and Episode #110, Mr. Hankey, The Christmas Poo. Just recently, Comedy Central aired Episode #204, Ike's Wee Wee, before Episode #203, Chickenlover.
