Trey In Drag?? Tom's Rhinoplasty

Did anyone notice a picture in the background of Tom's Rhinoplasty where Garrison is having the photoshoot... it's just before one of my favorite lines "I'm going to need some more smack". Behind the backdrop on the wall there are two pictures... They go really fast and the pause on my VCR was being especially bitchy... (I'm going to go back and look), but I swear to god, it looks like a picture of Trey Parker in a wedding dress and Dian Bachar in a cowboy suit.

Can anyone confirm this? Maybe I'm just going crazy... that's not too unheard of.
