I just noticed when watching the chicken 'lover' episode (again, heh..) during the press conference where Barbrady is confessing it says behind him "to serve and neglect" anyone else catch this? I didn't see anyone post that so I was just wondering...

If you look closely the phrase is on the side of his police car every time it appears onscreen.
