Is the move new animation or "bits and pieces" of existing TV episodes?

Having not yet seen the film, the plot sounds like an extended "not without my anus"

It is all-new. It's a musical (better than anything else this year too). The plot, basically,is that the kids get corrupted by seeing a foreign film and the mothers (led by Kyle's mom) declare a crusade against Canada for corrupting their kids. Canada retaliates for the arrest of the main perps and an all-out war finally ensues. Meanwhile, Satan plots a return to earth's surface (aw, he's such a softie, you know--Saddam is from Mars, Satan is from Venus!). We learn that not only is Kyle's mom a bitch (this song is recycled from an ep but is also expanded), she's a big fat fucking DETERMINED bitch! We also learn why Ike looks different from the other boys (all Canadians do). Plus, Wynona Ryder has a special talent regarding ping pong balls. The ads are misleading. Officer Barbrady doesn't tell anyone to stop looking at the carnage, and no one gasps at Kenny's face. Get the CD. That'll tell you a lot, even though it doesn't have some very good music from the movie and has a lot of derivative crap instead.
