Hi, I'm new to the newsgroup but have been looking for Southpark fans for a while. I think the show is the best, most intelligent cartoon made today. Sure, it has some rough elements, but it hard hits all the issues honestly and wholeheartedly. It isn't afraid to poke fun at "delicate" issues or the nation's ideas of "political correctness". Using children as a vehicle to show the stupidity of many of our views is pure genius. Plus, it's funny as hell!!! Sometimes I have to literally hold my sides from the pain of laughing so hard. The last episode (617) on tolerance with the side story of Lemmiwinks (after all this Lord of the Rings Bruhaha) was excellent. Mr. Garrison trying to take advantage of the current trend of monetary damage awards? Mr. Slave, the teacher's ass(t.)? Tolerance (Death) Camp in black and white?? Oh man...too funny. They took the epitomy and definition of intolerance and turned it around. What's best about the show is it always has a real message for those who aren't too uptight to see beyond the humor. Everyone who considers themselves freethinkers should appreciate and support this show. Southpark rules!!!!
