No commentaries for season 2 DVD set :(

I've been getting tons of emails and FAQ's askin when Season 2 comes out on DVD so here's the scoop from Warner Brothers

Warner Brothers announces all eighteen episodes from the classic second season of Comedy Central's all-time highest rated series will soon be available to own in an exclusive 3-disc collector's edition DVD set with "kick-ass" special features. Bonus Features Include, Full Frame, English Dolby Digital 2.0, English, French, and Spanish subtitles Documentary, Music Video, TV Spot, and A Making Of feature There will be no commentaries from Matt and Trey (drunk or sober) available on the Season Two DVD set. The Complete Second Season is scheduled for release on 6/03/2003, with a retail tag of $49.98.

and since when is "Full Frame" a special feature considering that's how the show is shot?

its been out for years here, we've got up to series 4 on dvd. not often the UK gets something first!! but it works out to almost 80$ as its �49.99

Actually, you get just about every TV show first. Or, at least, the ones I'm interested in. The US is just finally getting the first seasons of Futurama, Family Guy, and South Park now. And one of my professors was telling us how he got a region 2 player so they could import Buffy on DVD, since they're way ahead with UK releases. I don't really know why.

seems to just be tv series on dvd. everything else is a nightmare and months or years later!! the futurama dvd's are excellent though! lots of extras on them: commentry, pics, deleted scenes.

Probably something to do with the fact we don't have network syndication in the UK...
