Are there after "the spirit of chrismass" any other unaired episodes? And where can I download them?

I think episode 5 from the current season 4 (episode 405) is unaired, but I haven't seen it for download anywhere. I read in this this newsgroup that in it, kenny goes to a whorehouse, gets aids and eventually dies. I'd like to see it myself.

They're either still tweaking it to work the bugs out of it to make it funnier or prehaps, since its a musical episode, they're working on making the songs perfect. Maybe they're holding it to show it as an Xmas episode. Either way, they've never held off an episode this long.
