1. I noticed Mr. Hankey in the opening credits sequence to the Kathy Lee Gifford episode. Is the Christmas episode from before the series?
2. How many episodes have been aired in the States? In Canada, we've seen Anal Probe, Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride, The Pot-bellied Elephant, Death, Volcano, The Halloween Episode, The South Park Christmas, and The Thanksgiving Episode. Have there been any more?

In the U.S. there was also a Cable Ace Awards appearance, a Thanksgiving segment featuring Tonight Show's Jay Leno, 2 Christmas songs (Oh, Holy Night sung by Cartman and Oh, Little Town of Bethlehem sung by Ned with Jimbo), and the New Year's countdown where the 7 from 1997 drops on Kenny and kills him.
