For anyone that's interested, the educational clip that was the basis for the Volcano episode is available in a video documentary about the nuclear age called "The Atomic Cafe". You should be able to find it in any moderate sized video rental store. The clip was a black & white short that was meant to teach children what to do in the event of a nuclear explosion. Two of the examples used were the family picnicking and two boys riding their bikes along the street. When they saw the flash, they dove to the ground and covered their heads. (Probably as effective a protection as against lava) There was even a cartoon duck that sang "duck and cover". Check it out...you'll be surprised how close it is to "Volcano".
