Jim Dutton displayed an impressive grasp of classical physics when he wrote:
Have you considered the effects of relativity in your calculations? Or perhaps the new discoveries in the field of quantum mechanics?
On the other hand, screw physics. It's all done with magic! ; )
Santa uses worm holes.

Hey man, Santa is magic. What he does is freezes time so he can make it around the world in one night. To him, everything surrounding is frozen in time, but because he is moving so fast (to other people) he cannot be seen unless you record it and catch the 1/1000th of a second he is there. When a person can move so fast that everything else seems to be frozen, then in real time, time is passing along normally. As for the bag of gifts, it's magic, too. All Santa has to do is read the minds of children, reach into the bag, and out comes the gift. The reason some little boys and girls get underwear and socks is because they were bad. Perhaps I've said too much, but who would really believe me?
