As much as I want to say Chef would be the logical choice for dad (After all, he does have a copy of Crack Whore Magazine with Mrs. Cartman on the cover...it also gives a nice conflict with Cartman's inherant racist tendancies)

My guess is that Cartman's father will be the mad geneticist and that Cartman is an experiment (maybe he has 4 asses?)
